Help using the app, plus our privacy policy and terms of service.
The dashboard is your home for the current vehicle: quick access to maintenance context, registration and insurance, and your account. Open registration or insurance from here when you need to review or update those details. Service record entries opened from the dashboard return you to your records flow as you navigate.
The Records tab lists your service history. Add a new record to log work performed, dates, mileage, and related notes. Open any record to see full details. You can start adding a record with an optional link to a maintenance item when the app suggests it.
Use Warranties to add and review coverage: see what is protected, important dates, and details in one place. Add new warranties as you purchase or renew coverage, and open an entry for specifics.
The About section provides app information and related links. Use it for version details and anything we surface about Nexus Auto on device.
Nexus Auto may use the camera to scan VINs and capture maintenance documents, and may access your photo library when you import existing images. Grant permissions when prompted so these features work as intended.
Screens and exact labels may change slightly as we improve the app. If something does not match what you see on your device, use the latest version from the App Store and check release notes when available.

This Privacy Policy describes how Nexus Auto (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
We use the information above to provide, maintain, and improve the App; authenticate you; sync your data across devices where supported; communicate with you about the service when appropriate; and comply with law.
We may share information with service providers who help us host data, authenticate users, process subscriptions or payments where applicable, and analyze reliability and usage—only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
You can review and update certain information in the App. You may revoke camera or photo access in your device settings, though some features may not work without them. You may request account or data deletion subject to our legal and operational constraints—contact us using the method we provide in the App or store listing.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the App or on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date.
For privacy-related requests, use the contact information listed with the App in the App Store or the contact method we publish for Nexus Auto.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nexus Auto mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in method.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial vehicle maintenance and documentation purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display your content to operate the App. You represent that you have the rights to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
You agree not to misuse the App—for example, by attempting to access our systems or other users' data without authorization, reverse engineering except where permitted by law, or using the App in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Maintenance reminders, records, and documents in the App are for your convenience and do not replace professional mechanical advice, manufacturer guidance, or legal or insurance advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or twenty-five U.S. dollars, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
The App may rely on third parties (such as sign-in providers, cloud backends, or analytics). Their terms and privacy policies may apply in addition to ours.
We may modify or discontinue features of the App. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of residence or as required by the app store or mandatory consumer protection rules in your region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited.
